Torrey Pines

It was a short visit, but I enjoyed every minute of it. It brought me back to when we were in highschool. We hung out at Cali's home, which is beautiful!, we hung out, Cali played piano, and we stayed up late and ate a lot!!! It was awesome!!! We did a lot of walking, too, for what was practically a day in total. It was such a nice, warm weekend to be in San Diego. The skies were blue and not a dark cloud in sight. It was Easter weekend, so we went to church. Wow, right? But, I must say, we were late- does that still count? Oh well, I tried. After mass, Cali and I went to Torrey Pines. G-Funk couldn't wake up. We started at the base of the canyon which was all ocean. Then we headed towards Torrey Pines. There were a lot of trails to choose from, so decided on teh beach trail. With all the rains, beach access was unaccessable. Either way, just hiking towards the edge of the cliff was awesome! It was breathtaking to see the panamoric view of the Pacific Ocean, broken hills/cliffs and catching a glimpse of everything surrounding us.
