Summoned.

So, yesterday I called in and was summoned to court for jury duty. So, I went to court today and spent a few hours there. Sitting around me were a lot of complainers who didn't want to be there. So, I moved. It was much easier to sit in peace because we all know- not everyone wants to be there! Luckily the presiding judge came in and told us that the defendant had pleaded and there will be no court trial. Good thing! If this trial were to move forward, it would have lasted till mid-August. Ughh...
