Nice weather.

It seems that I've been on and off sick for the last few months with a cold. So, it was a nice weekend to be outdoors. Went to the Oakland Zoo with Lorraine and her kids. The zoo was nice and small, just enough to see most of the animals. Plus, there's a little play area for the youngsters; like a merry go round, train ride and other kid friendly rides. It was a nice suprise to find two squished penny machines. I got 8 squished pennies to add to my current collection. We had lunch at Ikea. For Sunday...because the weather continued to be nice and sunny. I finally was able to work on a few gardening chores- repotted a few overgrown plants transferred another, and fed my outdoor plants.
