I spent a good part of the weekend outdoor in the yard. I thought I'd take advantage of the good weather so I started early (and it still wasn't enough time). I took care of the gardening chores: sweeping, weeding and dead-heading. Then I tackled the long awaited, much needed root pruning. Majority of my plants are in containers and have lived in those containers for 4+ years: lemon and magnolia. They are both in large containers and attempting to re-pot was quite an accomplishment. Now I need to wait and observe, hoping that they'll continue to live.
In addition to gardening, I spent some time with Jenita. We had lunch in Alamo and chatted for a bit. Then the following evening, spent some time with Teestop. We went over to Japantown: shopped and had dinner and crepes. Yum!
And, lately, I've been playing Little Big Planet on the PS3. Really difficult, especially because I'm not accustomed to game consoles and its controllers. Big learning curve for me.
