Over the Weekend

After working at The Art of Transformation on Saturday night, I spent a nice weekend at Golden Gate Park with Rex, Lorraine, Robbie and Riley.  It was a wonderful way to beat the heat and enjoy some downtime.  So, we all went to CA Academy of Sciences.  We didn't see the sign early enough, but Robbie was fortunate to pick up a butterfuly.  And, Riley ran at every chance possible.  We walked around Golden Gate Park and passed by the Dahlia Garden.  Luckily some were already and bloom.  Afterwards, we took a short detour to Japantown.  Bought a couple Tokidoki blind boxes and Monkey Majik 'Time'.  Looking forward to listenting to this album!

To my suprise, Hoya 'lacunosa' bloomed.  It's a cute little flower with a refreshing scent.  And, over the last several days, Michelia 'alba' has bloomed nicely.  The scent is reminiscent of juicy fruit; nice during an evening breeze with the windows open.  What a great purchase from the SF Flower and Garden Show.
