A weekend in the City

Had a lovely weekend spending time with friends and family.  Really needed it! 

Rex and I BARTed to the city and hung out with Michael and Katie.  It's been awhile since we've seen them.  A nice lunch at Cheesecake Factory, walked through Pistahan- happened to catch a glimpse of Gavin Newsome and then went to SF MOMA.  Tried the sought after Blue Bottle Coffee and walked through the galleries.  I think using the self audio tours helped make the art experience so much more enjoyable.  Calder mobiles and Lichtenstein were my highlights.  And, then there was Where's Waldo hiding in a neigboring building atop its roof. 

Then on Monday eve, went to the city and had dinner at the Burger Bar with my good friend Carolyn.  Again, it's been so long and an evening isn't enough to play catch up.  Hopefully, in time, this will propel us to plan the weekend trip. 

Oh!  Forgot to mention that I received my Hello Kitty x Tokidoki deck a couple weeks ago.  It was a true trivia question, which I answered correctly.
