Jean Paul Gaultier

Enjoyed the 'The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk', exhibit at DeYoung.  I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a delight to see all the clothing, themes and details.  The flow of tulle, tiny beads and sequins, soft textures and colors, Eiffel Tower heels, a parasol hairpiece, etc... everything about the show was awesome!  Albeit some of the mannequin models were a bit scary- facial expression and dialogue were projections- all seemed so real.
